Terms of Service

Last updated 27 September 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and Szabó Gergő Péter E.V. (Barackos utca 1, 2365 Inárcs, Hungary), who runs Shotvik. By creating an account, joining a workspace or buying a plan you accept them. If you use Shotvik for a company, you accept them for that company.

1. The service

Shotvik helps you manage App Store and Google Play listings: listing text and translations, screenshots and the Screenshot Studio, releases, reviews and replies, keywords and ranks, competitors and research reports. Features and limits depend on the workspace's plan. Features change as Shotvik grows, and some are marked as estimates (for example keyword ranks and difficulty).

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must be at least 16 and give a real email address. Keep your sign-in safe; you answer for what happens under your account.
  • A workspace has one owner. The owner and admins decide who joins and with which role (admin, editor or viewer), and answer for what their members do in the workspace.
  • The plan, credits and data belong to the workspace, not to the individual member.

3. Store connections

When you connect an App Store Connect key, a Google Play service account or an Apple Ads key, you authorise Shotvik to call those APIs for your workspace: to read your apps, listings, screenshots, reviews and releases, and, when someone with the publish permission asks, to publish listings, screenshots, review replies and release actions.

  • Only connect keys you are allowed to use, and give them only the roles the features need.
  • You stay responsible for your apps and store accounts, and for following the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, the App Review Guidelines and the Google Play Developer Program Policies.
  • Apple and Google decide what they accept, approve and show. We are not responsible for their decisions, outages or API changes.

4. Your content

Your listing text, screenshots, designs, keywords and other material stay yours. You give us the rights we need to store, process, show and send it to the stores and providers in order to run Shotvik for you. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload and publish, including fonts, images and trademarks.

On the Free plan, Screenshot Studio exports carry a small “Made with Shotvik” mark.

5. AI features and credits

  • AI output (translations, keywords, reply drafts, captions, reports) can be wrong, inaccurate for a market, or similar to output others get. Review it before you publish; you decide what goes to the stores.
  • AI and paid-search features cost AI credits. Each plan includes credits per calendar month (UTC), which do not carry over. Credit packs (500 credits) do not expire while the workspace exists and are used after the monthly ones.
  • Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred between workspaces, and are not refunded once spent.

6. Plans, billing and cancellation

  • The Free plan costs nothing and has limits (for example 1 app and 30 AI credits a month). Indie and Studio are paid per workspace, monthly or yearly.
  • Prices are in euros, excluding VAT. Stripe collects payment and adds VAT where it applies. Invoices are in the billing portal.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancel any time in Workspace settings → Plan → Invoices and payment; the plan stays until the end of the paid period.
  • We do not refund partial periods, except under your right of withdrawal below or where the law requires.
  • We may change prices. We tell you at least 30 days before a change applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
  • If a payment fails, the plan stays while Stripe retries. After that the workspace goes back to Free. Downgrades never delete data: what is over the new limit stays readable, only adding more is blocked.

7. Right of withdrawal for EU consumers

If you buy as a consumer in the EU or EEA, you may withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason, by emailing szabogergo.ev@gmail.com. Because you ask for the plan to start straight away when you check out, we refund the price minus the share for the days you already had the plan.

A credit pack is digital content delivered at once. By buying one you ask for it to be delivered immediately and accept that you lose the right of withdrawal once you start spending its credits. Before that, you can withdraw within 14 days for a full refund.

Businesses buying for their trade or profession have no right of withdrawal.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Shotvik to:

  • break the law or the store rules, or publish misleading, infringing or harmful listings or replies,
  • access workspaces, keys or data that are not yours,
  • probe, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around plan limits and rate limits,
  • resell Shotvik or use it to build a competing service,
  • harass reviewers or others through review replies.

9. Our service

Shotvik, its software, design, templates and brand belong to us. You get a personal, non-exclusive right to use it under these terms while your account is open. Feedback you send us may be used to improve Shotvik without owing you anything.

Shotvik links to and relies on third-party services, including the stores, Stripe and our providers. Their own terms apply to them.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep Shotvik running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or remove features. If we remove something central to a paid plan, we tell you in advance and you can cancel with a refund of the unused part of the period.

11. Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time: cancel the plan, then ask us to close your account at szabogergo.ev@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, or when the law requires it. Where we can, we warn you first and give you time to export your data. When we close an account without cause, we refund the unused part of a prepaid period.

12. Liability

Shotvik is provided “as is”. Store rankings, approvals and sales depend on Apple, Google and your market, and we do not promise any result.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what the workspace paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if that is more, and we are not liable for lost profits, revenue or data, or indirect damage. These limits do not apply to damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, to harm to life, body or health, or to anything the law does not allow us to limit. If you are a consumer, your mandatory rights under the law of your country stay in full.

If you use Shotvik as a business, you will hold us harmless from third-party claims caused by content you publish or by your breach of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For changes that matter to you we email account holders at least 30 days before they apply. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then; continuing afterwards means you accept them.

14. Law and disputes

Hungarian law applies, and Hungarian courts decide disputes. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in and may go to court there. Please write to us first; most things are quicker to fix by email.
